terms of service

by purchasing a commission from me you are agreeing to the terms of service. by neglecting my t.o.s you will be placed on a blacklist and will not be allowed to purchase any future commissionslast updated: 11/18/2024

General
✦ I have the right to decline any commission. Commissions are not first come first serve, commissions will be taken through Google Forms.
✦ I have the right to refund a commission for any reason without explanation.

✦ Chargebacks/violations of my T.O.S will result in an immediate public blacklist.Payment
✦ I take Paypal USD only.
✦ I only accept payment in full upfront. I will not start the commission until full payment is received (I don't accept holds or deadlines). Payment will be sent via invoice.
✦ Payment must be sent within 24hrs otherwise your commission will be declined.
✦ Prices may fluctuate depending on the character's complexity and where I see fit (More info in price's).
✦ Payment plans may be discussed for commissions over $100+. All payments must be received before I can begin on the commission. If payment is not received within the times discussed the commission will be declined.Ordering & Process
✦ All commissions can be ordered via Google application form. Please fill out the form carefully and know exactly what you want beforehand. You may not change your commission if I've started working. Please make sure you have a clear reference/depiction of your character.
(Note: I do not accept written, traditional, or AI references. AI refs will result in immediate decline/refund of commission. )
✦ Please clarify what you want in your commission (poses, expressions, bg, etc). If you don't have anything in mind, I will take artistic liberty.
✦ Once the character and payment have been approved you will receive a rough sketch in which extensive changes may be requested, smaller edits may be requested during the linework stage, before finishing up in the coloring/rendering stage.
(Note: For sketch commissions, only one wip will be received, in which major changes may be applied. Afterward if all is approved, the sketch will be finished.)
✦ Once the commission has been completed only small revisions may be applied (e.g. mistakes, design errors, etc). Extensive changes will have a fee, depending on how extensive the changes are. (Changes will not accepted after the commission has been approved.)Turnaround time
✦ Turnaround time may vary from a few weeks to 1-3 months. Please be patient with me and do not rush me. Delays will be updated both publically & privately to clients. Please do not commission me if this doesn't suit you.
✦ You may request updates after around a week at least. Please do not spam or harass me for updates, I may be slow responding but will get back to you asap.
✦ I work on weekdays Mon-Fri, and weekends are my time off, I won't respond to inquiries on weekends.Refunds
✦ Full refunds are eligible before the commission has begun. A partial refund of 50% may be eligible if the commission is in the sketch stage.
✦ Refunds may not be requested beyond that if the commission is 90% done or complete.
✦ If I cannot complete the commission then you will receive a full refund.Copyright & Usage
✦ As the artist, I retain full copyright of my work and may use commissioned artwork for portfolios, self-promotion, examples, etc.
✦ All commissions are posted publically on my socials. If you want your commission to be kept private, let me know in advance, otherwise it will be posted.
✦ As the client, you have the right to use the artwork for any personal use only provided with full credit. You may post your commission on other social platforms, as long as credit is provided. (Preferably a link back to my socials).
✦ Starting now all commissioned artwork will now be watermarked. You may NOT remove the watermark or edit it in any shape or form. Removing or editing the watermark is a violation of T.O.S and may get you blacklisted.
✦ Clients and others may NOT claim the product as their own, resell/use it for commercial use (e.g. t-shirts, badges, charms, etc). Usage of my work for NFTs & AI will result in an immediate blacklist. If you are not the client then you do not have permission to my work.

Design T.O.S
✦ By purchasing an adopt/custom you claim full ownership of the design. You may change the design however you please (e.g. species, colors, gender, etc) but must keep a copy of the original design and credit me as the creator.
✦ All my designs can be resold, traded, and gifted by their respectful owners. You may not resell the design for more than what was bought, all designs must be resold for their original price unless they include extra art, fursuit, etc.
✦ If I find out the design has been used for offensive material then you will be blacklisted from purchasing future designs.
✦ For custom designs please be clear about what you want (color palettes, themes, species, etc). Price will vary depending on what you have in mind. Moodboards and images are allowed as references.
✦ Auctions will be held for 24 hours once the first bid has been placed, if you retract from the bid then the adopt will go to the next highest bidder. Once payment has been sent upfront the bidder will be given ownership of the adopt. For customs payment will be upfront once a price is discussed (prices will be based on complexity).

Complex backgrounds are an extra %70-%80 of the full cost. (Most backgrounds will be simplistic with minor details & elements. Please note that backgrounds are not my strong suit so I may not feel comfortable doing complex bgs).
